Twilight Quartet Holiday Gala:

A Candlelight Benefit for the Hardy Civic Center

Join us Saturday, December 19 for a string quartet concert by candlelight featuring Christmas and winter classics. Proceeds will benefit the renovation of the Hardy Civic Center.

This special holiday edition of our Twilight Quartet series will be a 21+ event with a reception before and after the concert.

The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a reception with music by local harpist and former Memphis Symphony member LuAnn Martin and an exhibition of works by local artists curated by Stanis E. Vanous, with the works available for purchase.

The 7:00 p.m. concert features a string quartet of four professional musicians:

Algimantas Staskevičius, Violin
Beth Massa, Violin
Tatiana Kotcherguina, Viola
Stephen Feldman, Cello

The Civic Center will be lit with hundreds of LED candles, Christmas trees, chandeliers, and our new interactive lighting system for a truly unforgettable experience. The reception will include a wonderful selection of hors d’oeuvres and complimentary beer and wine donated for the occasion.

Proceeds will benefit the second phase of Hardy Civic Center renovations and upgrades, which include a new kitchen and bathrooms, lighting upgrades, and equipment purchases.
